Eight ounces of tender, aged, center cut beef tenderloin grilled to order. Served with grilled asparagus spears, garlic mashed potatoes & garlic demiglace.

Our tender filet mignon, grilled to order and topped with a grilled roasted vegetable crab cake. Served with grilled asparagus spears, garlic mashed potatoes & garlic demiglace.

 

HERB-RUBBED STEAK

Twelve-ounce cut New York Strip Steak rubbed with our Chef’s herb blend and grilled to order. Served with garlic-mashed potatoes & fresh vegetable.

 

CHICKEN FAIRFIELD

A house favorite since 1996! Twin grilled chicken breasts topped with our white wine, Dijon mustard & cream sauce. Served with garlic-mashed potatoes & fresh vegetable.

 

CHICKEN OSCAR

Twin grilled chicken breasts topped with a roasted vegetable crab cake & our garlic demiglace. Served with garlic mashed potatoes & grilled asparagus spears.

 

TWIN CRAB CAKES

As featured at 2005’s Taste of the North Country! Two roasted vegetable crab cakes packed with chunks of fresh crab, topped with our signature cranberry-cider chutney. Served with rice & fresh vegetable.

 

SALMON DIJONNAISE

A fresh North Atlantic Salmon filet, pan-seared and topped with our creamy Dijon sauce. Served with rice and fresh vegetable.

 

FRIED CLAM PLATTER

Whole-bellied clams & strips, ale-battered and fried golden-brown. Served with Brew City steak fries, fresh vegetable & New England style tartar sauce.

 

WILD MUSHROOM RAVIOLI

Jumbo wild mushroom ravioli, tossed with our fresh tomato & mushroom Marsala wine sauce.

 

VODKA PENNÉ

Penné pasta tossed with our homemade marinara, cream & Parmesan cheese sauce, reduced with vodka.

 

FISH & CHIPS

Fresh Boston Bluefish filets hand-dipped in our Davidson Bros. Ale batter and fried golden-brown. Served with Brew City steak fries, fresh vegetable & New England style tartar sauce.

 

BANGERS & MASHED

A hearty portion of Mild English Bangers grilled and served over garlic-mashed potatoes with our garlic-demi glace & fresh Granny Smith apple slices. Served with fresh vegetable.
